Tools for the Skeptic

At this summer’s TAM 6 meeting I caught a great talk by Tim Farley, author of the Skeptical Software Tools blog (also on WordPress). I tried to furiously copy down all the URLs and app names that Tim gave out during his talk, but I need not have bothered because he posted them all on his blog. If you’re interested in making the most of the internet to communicate about science and skepticism, definitely check out http://www.skeptools.com. I’m still trying to absorb the wealth of information there.

Tim’s latest post includes not only a very cool tip on how to get large corporations to donate to our favorite skeptical organizations (a bit at a time, but it all adds up), but also a great list of skeptical and science-related websites and blogs. I’m about to go start mining it for links, right now…
